Tatiana Villa, REBC


Tatiana is our fierce leader. After identifying that our healthcare system was fractured, she wanted to restore faith, clarity and become the light in the chaos of a consumerism movement. Thus, Villa Group Insurance & Benefit Solutions was founded!

Her career in insurance began in private medical practices, experiencing first hand how group health plans effected participants. She then transitioned into the insurance carrier world, servicing members and addressing their individual needs. As a Benefits Manager within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) allowed her to continue her quest of enhancing “the service to consumer” model. She worked closely with clients whose business focus was in staffing for government contracted positions within military entities across the United States. In this role, Tatiana gained extensive knowledge in Health and Welfare benefits, the McNamara O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance and Benefits Administration. In her most recent role as a Vice President of Service at an insurance brokerage, allowed her to expand her skillset and inspired her to spread her wings and FLY!

Tatiana holds a license in Life Annuity and Health insurance. She has proudly attained her Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation from the National Association of Health Underwriters. The NAHU views this designation as the highest form of recognition in the health insurance industry, demonstrating commitment to educational leadership within the insurance profession. In addition, she carries several certifications such as PPACA, Worksite/Voluntary, Self-funding, Group Benefits and Wellness. Tatiana’s 360 degree expertise can confidently deliver successful solutions to her clients. On her downtime, you can catch her on the beach or spending precious moments with her family.

Jeannette Perez

Marketing & Service Manager

Jeannette eats, sleeps and breaths marketing! She joined our team in Fall of 2018 after we determined the need for a marketing subject matter expert. She is our dedicated marketing and servicing rockstar!

She began an insurance career while attaining her Bachelors degree from Florida State University (Go Noles!). Jeannette compliments our team with over 10 years of extensive knowledge in insurance. She holds a Life Annuity and General Lines license. 

When she’s not at the office, she’s volunteering for the humane society and rescuing pups in our city!
